How to Join The Maintenence Scheme?
You can join the Maintenance Scheme through two ways:
1. Deep Clean – Standard Entry
Your vehicle must receive a Deep Clean so it starts at a maintainable standard.
2. Stage 1 Paint Enhancement – Alternative Entry
Allowed if your interior is already at Deep Clean standard. If the interior still requires attention (stains, dirt, pet hair, sand, odours), a Deep Clean will still be required.

Tiers of Maintenance
The Maintenance Scheme is split into three tiers, each designed to suit different needs, schedules, and levels of care.
The three tiers are:
- Essential
- Enhanced
- Elite
Every tier includes a professional maintenance detail, with higher tiers offering added flexibility, extra protection, and exclusive rewards. As you move up through the tiers, the frequency of visits and the level of benefits increase, allowing you to choose the option that best fits how often you want your vehicle maintained and the level of care you expect.

Bookings, Priority & Flexible Rescheduling
To keep our Maintenance Membership running smoothly and fairly for all clients, booking flexibility, priority access, and cancellation slots are based on the tier you choose. This allows us to maintain high standards while rewarding members who commit to more frequent maintenance.
Below is a simple breakdown of how this works for each tier.


Essential Maintenance
Essential bookings are arranged on a standard availability basis and are fixed to keep this tier affordable.

Appointments are booked in advance and secured at the time of booking

No priority booking is included

Access to cancellation slots

If you need to move your appointment, we’ll offer any available slots within your 4–6 week window, subject to availability
This tier is best suited to clients who are happy with a fixed booking and do not require short-notice flexibility.


Enhanced Maintenance
Enhanced membership includes priority booking and limited flexibility.

You are prioritised over Essential members when arranging bookings

Priority access to cancellation slots

You may be offered available cancellation slots when they arise, subject to availability

Appointments that need to be rescheduled will be priortised over Essential members within your 3-4 week window, subject to availability
This tier is ideal for clients who occasionally need to adjust their booking or would benefit from short-notice availability.

Elite Maintenance
Elite membership offers the highest level of priority and flexibility.

First access to available booking slots over Essential and Enhanced

First in line for all cancellation slots

Choice of a recurring maintenance slot

Appointments that need to be rescheduled will be priortised over Essential & Enhanced members within your 2-3 week window, subject to availability
This tier is designed for busy schedules or clients who value maximum convenience and priority service.

Essential - Base Maintenance Price only
Enhanced - Base Maintenance Price + Additional £5 per Maintenance visit
Elite - Base Maintenance Price + Additional £10 per Maintenance visit
