Cancellation Policy
Bookings: Bookings must be made in advance via Social Media, Email, or phone. Payment is required upon completion unless agreed otherwise. We accept cash or bank transfers. Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain services or first-time customers. Pricing: Prices provided are guides based on standard vehicle sizes and conditions. Final pricing may vary due to factors like vehicle size, condition, or additional services. Any price adjustments will be communicated before work begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Deposits may be forfeited for cancellations within 24 hours unless exceptional circumstances apply. We may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and will notify you as early as possible.
